If it floods its self out its probably the needle and seat or the float adjustment or the float has a hole in it or the float could be sticking because of rust or gumming fuel..Take carb apart and you will probably find out the problem on a M if you are careful you can drop down the bottom of the carb without taking it off the engine I have a M I dont use often enough and it hates stale gas so I have to do it 2 or 3 time a year..Hope this helps Jim
