What until the spring consignment sale season! Heck, one is coming up on the first of the year at "Dick's Tractors".........You could get an "M" for $900 in running condition there as he often has a dozen or more of them there.

I'd still say you should walk away from both of them.............Look for a 300 or 350. I seen a nice 350 sell this spring for $1600.
