I'm from south central PA. Locally I've seen M's in the condition you've described sell for about $2500-$3000 in this area. They're a good solid tractor but the one your looking at is over priced for this area. Maybe you can talk the fellow down some.

Beginning production in 1953, the WD45 had the same general look as the WD tractor which was produced earlier - but was much more powerful.
