My H Dist. Power woes!

Hey guys thanks for the replies. All the wires are new, and I rerouted a couple of them because I had them in the previous position, but those were wrong. Anyway on to the Dist.. My 48 model H has a horizontal Dist., however this 44 H has a vertical Dist., I don't know if this matters, but in regards to it wobbling, the cap is kinda moving as the gears are spinning the Dist. The notch is lined up on the cap to the base, and the rotor button seems to be ok. I am still getting power to the starter motor real good, but nothing else is seeming to get power.
