Having the same problem with our 3588. I posted on the redpower site and got a lot of responses yesterday. www.redpowermagazine.com Pull the top link anchor off the back of the rear end and check the linkages going down to the torsion bar below the PTO. The lever coming up from the bottom, called the sensing arm, should be in front of the linkage coming down from the top. There is also a set screw on the sensing arm that could have come loose. See if the lock nut is tight. Also pull the access plate of that is located just inside of the hitch quadrant at the seat. Make sure the linkage pins are still there connecting the hitch and draft control levers to the linkages.
