Been using Berrymans for years on all kinds of carbs with no problems. I do follow the label instructions carefully though, I never leave anything in longer than it states-this stuff is potent. The trouble with the carb cleaner that comes in a spray can is that it dissolves the gas gum but when the cleaner evaporates, very quickly, the gum is still there. Berrymans removes gum and it is gone for good. I haven't used any other brands because Berrymans works so well I never had any reason to change. I have nothing to do with Berrymans, don't even know offhand who makes it.
