The Delco 10si will fit under the hood of the cub without any modifications to the hood. I did make two base brackets to get it right. The first one was close to correct and helped me make the second one correctly. The tensioning bracket is a bit tricky. Made 3 of those to get a good one, having a vertical milling machine to cut the adjustment slot helps. Some adjust the belt with a slotted base and the alternator is moved up and down for belt adjustment. Mine adjusts the regular way. Plan to use generator belt # 358 213 R1. The alternator pulley must match for width.
