Steve, You will want to consider how usefull you want your F-30 to be? To put it on steel on the rear will be the most inexpensive right now. But you will find it very hard to do anything with. At least you won"t worry about leaking tires. The front is the opposite rubber will be easier and cheaper. F-20 front wheels will work! Open your E-Mail and I will point you in the right direction!
