Better start from scratch on the platform on left side as the bolt holes in the axle extension are not there so you cannot use an original without cutting off the rear so the bolt holes will line up in the fender and the trans case. You can make a u-shaped piece for the clutch to have a twin on the left side. If the brakes are locked together you can make some linkage to hook up on the left brake at the transmission so you would also have brakes. How far form IA CITY do you live?
