Hi Jerry, That torque is 80 ft-lb and start in the center of the head after you tighten the the nuts or bolts with a speed handle or a ratchet lightly. Using a torque wrench tighten with 25 ft-lb using a criss-crossing pattern. Increase the the torque 15 to 20 ft/lb and keep going back to the center and use that same criss-crossing pattern until you finally reach 80 ft-lb. After you have run the engine retorque the the head again and check your valve clearance. Use a pattern similar to this: Hal -------------9--5---1--3--7--11-------------------------------10--6---2--4--8--12-------------------Note: This pattern is going to shift, No1&3 are over 2&4.
