Does the pedal go down but the pressure plate isn't releasing? If it's only been stuck for a short while, the disc might be just stuck to the flywheel or pressure plate with surface rust. If you're working alone, jackup one rear, shift into 1st, use a 2x4 or something to press the clutch all the way down and then turn the raised rear tire back and forth until the clutch lets go. If you have a helper with another tractor, you can pull the tractor with the clutch disengaged and tranny in gear. Be very careful as you know the front ends are very weak and the block casting is "soft"--easy to break the engine mount area. Use rope, not chain and pull gently or tow from rear instead of front. To assist with the job, you can spray some Gunk engine cleaner up into the bell housing, trying to get it to the top of the flywheel and run down onto the clutch/pressure plate and also the clutch fork area too.

All this is said with the assumption that you have no mechanical issue with the clutch fork, throwout bearing etc and that the clutch is just stuck lightly from not using the tractor a few months.
