Your bearing questions have been answered as well as the clutch pedal, except that the shaft will also be worn. The same machine shop can build it up. Check the brake pedals on the other side. If the shaft is worn there, too, the shop may be able to make you a new shaft cheaper than the rebuild, as a shop did for the one on my Super H.
