Just how cold is it lately? Some stiffness of the steering and slow hydraulics is to be expected during cold weather, but if you think that it is worse than it should be, might be a good idea to drain and change the Hy-Tran. Probably has moisture in it. After changing the filter, cycle all hydraulic functions- steering, rockshaft, aux. valves, brakes, and TA several times each to bleed the air out (steering all the way left and all the way right will help the most here).
