Dennis and Robert: Where in NC are you boys? I'm in Asheboro, about 30 miles north of Robert's Sandhills. Another question: Dennis, what kind of hardware showed up for the IH Plow Day? Big tractors? Little tractors? Old Tractors? Not so old tractors? Do you fellows belong to a Farmall/IH Club Chapter? Are there Farmall/IH Club Chapters in NC? For me, reading the posts on this message board is like being tele-transported into a whole 'nother reality dimension! Star Trek, er, Star Tractoring!!

Tractor Profile: Farmall M - by Staff. H so that mountable implements were interchaneable. The Farmall M was most popular with large-acreage row-crop farmers. It was powered by either a high-compression gas engine or a distillate version with lower compression. Options included the Lift-All hydraulic system, a belt pulley, PTO, rubber tires, starter, lights and a swinging drawbar. It could be ordered in the high-crop, wide-front or tricycle configurations.
