Hydra Creeper was offered on the 230. The hydraulic pump ran a hyd motor that connected to the PTO shaft(externally) and because of the transmission driven PTO the tractor would move. The 4 speed trans gave 4 different ratios. An excellent creeper system rather advanced technology using hyds in 1956-57. Probably led to the hydrostatic trans 10 years later. There are several 230s and retro fitted to S-C in my area amongst market gardeners. (those diehard Farmall lads!). I imagine heat(no cooler) and limited torque could be problematic.
