13.6's will fit an 11 inch rim. The next size up is 14.9. Anything bigger requires a wider rim, probably best if the 14.9's are on at least a 12 inch rim, I don't know. Remember if you get much wider, you are significantly affecting the ground speed, which may result in less effective HP for pulling tillage implements. If you are talking about tractor pulls, I'm not the one to answer.
