Allan, I'm learning something here. I have one without the plate installed and the WFE is forward. You say the plate stays installed and you can move the WFE forward? So does the plate allow a further forward movement than direct attachment? I was always told the plate was for moving the WFE back and not used for extension. Not the first time I was misinformed.
