Sounds like a construction tractor from the old Mississippi Road Supply Company. I think they built a lot of IH's construction equipment under contract, back in the 50's and 60's. Wish I could tell you more. Cotton_Farmer over at Red Power has spoke of this. You from Mississippi? Mitch
