Well I am in Northern Virginia. So if anybody with a full knowledge of these H's is willing to come over and help, I will supply the beer and food, but only if you get it running. J/K I will try the Coil wire sparking once more, and then check the Govenor, because I had a heck of a time getting the carb back on after I rebuilt it, because the connection between the carb and the govenor is really tight. And no, it isn't and won't be 34 below, maybe in the mid 20's. All my neighbors want me to get the thing running because they want me to plow their driveways when it snows this year.
