Good looking shop Paul. I had a shop built a couple years ago by Hwy Lumber out of Lebanon a couple years ago. 32x32 with concrete floor was all I could do at the time, and now I am thinking about building another as all my tractors are sitting in the weather. If I do another it will not have a concrete floor, and will basically be a barn to store tractors, hay, etc in. While I am at it I may add a shed off the side of my existing one. All that would cost would be lumber, and steel for the roof and one side 32 feet long leaving the ends open. I could not believe how quickly those guys put em up. The crew arrived at about 2:00 PM one day, and handed me the keys the next day at noon. Of course my pad was already poured, with anchor bolts in, and they built on top of it and did not have to set any of the poles in the ground. This worked out well, as none of the poles are contacting the ground.
