John. You and I should meet. We live pretty close to one another so I think the weather we were experiencing was pretty much the same. I plowed out with my H at around 2:30PM yesterday and it wasn't so bad. Long underwear, pants, sweatshirt with Carhart insulated coveralls, pack boots and a hood and I was toasty (we'll see how I feel about it when I'm ten years older). You may have seen my earlier post. I was a bit wary of carb icing, pushing snow in the wind, so I rigged an intake heater around the muffler. Nary a problem. I was actually a little disappointed. We only got about a foot. That snowstorm Channel 3 called Daniel, two years ago - the eighteen incher - was one of the inspirations for me getting the H. I was hoping for an equivalent storm to test it out in. Send me an E-mail. My E-mail address is dneill@snet.net_remove_all_characters_after_the_net. P.S. I've also got a tank heater to help with the wear on the engine in those cold-weather starts.
