Rocker/shaft clearance.

I guess the question is how much is too much? Bushings in the rockers are visibly worn, likely over the recommended 0.003 clearance, but I don't have the proper tool to measure (will probably take it and have it measured). Any one know a source for a complete new or rebuilt rocker assembly? (IH 460 gas)--used ones are likely no better than what I have. All the usual internet places I have checked don't list one. Case-IH has most of the individual components, but that's an expensive way to fix it. Thanks for your help.
