I don't know that there is a number -- With the wheels dished out, the hub on the furrow wheel will need to be within an inch or so of the axle housing, when pulling from the center of the drawbar. This is what I remember from pulling a semi-mounted disk plow, may differ some with a moldboard, depending on where the lead moldboard tracks. Your choice whether or not you adjust the other one to the same width. You can also adjust the swinging part of your drawbar slightly off center, as long as it pulls straight.
