sleeve seals in a 674 IH

Hello, I have a 674 diesel with water in the oil. Today I got under it and lowered the pan and put 12 lbs pressure on the cooling system to try and find the cause. I couldn't see any gaping leaks but could see slight drips at the bottom of the sleeves. I suspect the o-rings at the bottom of the sleeves. I don't want to put a bunch of money in it right now. I was wondering if the o-rings could be bought as a seperate item or if I had to buy a whole sleeve kit. Thanks for any advice. YC
