I just finished up a 1959 560 Diesel and put it on the dyno last Saturday. The head was completely redone with new valves' seats and guides and some cleaning up inside of the rough corners and some polishing. The pump is not turned up at all and it gave me 67 hp. at a good steady pull with some smoke. I did not do anything else to the engine or botom end since it looked good. New haed gasket and injectors and will see what we have at the track. I have a 460 with the same motor turbocharged running at 3200 rpm turning out 125 hp. Bigger plungers in the pump and plenty of air and these little motors will come alive. Migraine
