Yeh, too bad we can’t do winters like some utility companies do bills and “average” them out. That way it would never be too cold, snow but not too much or too little. I have to agree that most winters here in southeast SD are not like the ones that I remember growing up as a kid. I’ve been waiting to take my new snow “toy” out too this winter, maybe next week I can as there is snow in the forecast.
