Those 3-points will lift one heck of a lot more than a feller would suppose. In fact, the tractor will 'almost' lift it's own weight.

I had two 300 gallon liquid tanks, one strapped on either side of my 766 and didn't even notice the planter was back there. 'Course it was half the weight of this animal, too.

However to be honest with ya, these big 12 row jaspers use a plug in the tractors hydraulic system that ties one of the remotes to the 3-point system. Then, the two cylinder operated assist wheels (hangin' out the back) work at the same time as the 3-point. She comes right straight up.

The tricky part is turning that airplane around at the end of the field. You don't do it in the normal manner, but rather, you plant to the end, then lift and "back around & over" to the next row mark.

They are really sweet outfits and cover a heck of a bunch of real estate in a day.
