Randy: I don't like 3 point plows but will try to be a bit positive. First your tractor wheel tread must be right for a 2 bottom mounted plow, about 52" to 56" centers rear to rear tire. Your plow depth will be controled by length of your top link. The kicker comes when the C needs a bit more traction, you don't have draft control so you must feather the hydraulic lift to put a bit more weight on rear of tractor. You will find this quite hard to achive exact lift on plow giving traction without lifting plow out of soil. If your plowing a garden or up to 5 acres it is doable. 20 acres and you'll probably utter a few choice 4 letter words. At 50 acres you will not be fit to talk with. I will leave the decission to you. Ray's suggestion on gauge wheel on plow is good as it will help top link setting for depth do its job.
