As others posted, it's pretty straigh-forward and comes out the bottom. Remove lever, three side ports, fill cap, coupler, and four bolts. It will be heavier than you think it will be, and if it's got oil leaking out of it, it's gonna be slick and hard to hang onto. The threaded rod technique works well, and you only need two of them in opposite corners. A bar through the bottom of the casting is a good way to handle it, but ONLY if it has a key welded to the side to prevent the assembly from rotating, AND has a cross piece on one end so the bar doesn't rotate. If you are young and strong, you can simply use brute strength, If you go that route, DO NOT have your hands, feet, or HEAD under it when it comes down! My guess is that if you take it out by yourself with brute strength, you'll decide to get help when you put it back.
