My toy tractor collecting goes right along with my collecting of the full size Farmall letter series tractors. When I aquire a new (to me)full size tractor I try to find the toy model of that tractor for my home office. Usually the life size tractors need a lot of work to bring them back to like new condition and having the model to look at keeps me on track to finishing the restoration of the full size one. There are some tractors that models of the same are not readly available so looking for them keeps me on the hunt for these models. One other thing is that when my children put me in the home for the aged I am sure that they will not let me take my full size tractors with me. I am in hopes that they will let me take my models with me so that I will be able to use them to reminisce with the other old cogers about my younger life. Needless to say, my collection of Farmalls are all out of the box and being enjoyed on a daily basis.
