Email me if you would like to sell it as is or if you need parts let me know. I would put in some penitrating oil in plug holes and let sit for a while. Then put it in 3rd gear and rock the rear tire every so often it may free up the motor. You probably have a mouse nest in the torque tube that will freeze up the clutch. Also check to oil to see if there is any antifreeze in oil. If so then I'd sell it. Let me know if I can help out. Charlie
