You sure your dealer can't get them -- do you have a parts book? Some don't like to look up numbers, you give him the number, they might well be available. I've found very few seals IH can't get, hydraulic or otherwise, on tractors older than yours. Unless they are some oddball size, any good bearing/seal place should have them;also, it is likely that the IH part number can be crossed to theirs.
