You're on the right track. All the comments below are also good advise. Your crankshaft should also be stamped with the undersize that the machine shop ground it to. If it has been running with .030 under bearings and they look as good as you say, then you will have no problem reinstalling .030 under bearings. Plastigage them as you are reassembling. Part numbers for main bearing set is 575M-30 in Federal-Mogul or MS2459P-30 in TRW. Part number for rod bearings are 1795CP-30 in Federal-Mogul or CB386P-30. The -30 in the part numbers indicates .030" under standard size.
