No Ronald, I don't have the lever in the center, the plow was not attached when I bought it. I'll bet it has been misplaced over the years. I'll check with the guy I bought it from but, if he doesn't have it any idea where I could get one? Hey El Toro, can you post a picture? Thanks for the help.
