Thanks guys for all the suggestions. Yup, I had allready cut the old belt off. Bob, the set screw looked complete when it came out but I will double check to make sure it's out. I'll try to wire brush the threads but space or lack there of is a challange. A little heat and the impact seems like the next course. thanks again for the help. Dick Davis By the way Bob the 300 still weeps hydraulic so the gas tank is coming off again.
