It has no oil filter, but then its missing a few things. It has an oil line coming out the front right side, T ing off to who knows where as its broke off right at the junction of the T, and the other line running to the govener housing. It has a flat spring for the seat, and the air cleaner comes out of the top. On the block it has the numbers OC 50485 , and on the left rail, it has 50506
