I know this was discussed the other day but now it happened to me. Moving snow last night with an old McKee blower when the lift arms stopped moving, checked the oil in the resevoir sure enough was down. This didn't suprise me as there are a few small leaks, well it was down a lot, I filled her up with about 1/2 gallon of fluid and sure enough about 20 minutes later no more lift arms. Motor sure is full of oil though. Called the dealer and he says most likely the pump is worn out (he says the casting wears out and lets pressure by). I ordered a seal anyway but if he's right it won't last long. Anyone heard of a similar explanation? If so short of buying a new pump housing (likely not available) whats a fella to do? Thanks
