The hardeners in acrylic urethane and MP182 surfacer (or the Nason equivalents) make a supplied air system essential. If you don't want to spend the 4-$500 for one -- well worth the price if you are going to paint several tractors -- you can use acrylic enamel without hardener, and change the MP182, which requires hardener, to MP181, which does not. The catalyst in the MP 170 epoxy does not contain isocyates.
