What can you tell me about a 200?

I saw one for sale on the way in to work this AM, serial number says it's a 1954 model. It has a wide front, steering is really loose, tires shot, paint is basically a rust veneer, but the sheetmetal looks OK, and it appears to be a runner. It has some king of mid-mounted hydraulic lift on it (right above the clutch if I recall) and what I believe was called the "fast hitch" which has a hydraulically adjustable hitch height. Did these tractors have live or independent PTO, because I'm getting tired of the clutch dance I have to do when brush hogging with my John Deere B. What's the going price of these tractors in the midwest (Kansas)? Thanks!
