I've seen a few around south central Missouri recently as I've been looking for a Super C with a fast hitch myself. They are just the follow on to the Super C's made in 1954, 55 and 56. About 15,000 were made. Having good sheet metal is a real plus as it would probably be difficult and expensive to find replacements. The hydraulic unit you noted is called Touch Control and is controled by two levers near the throttle control on the light bar. The one on the right side I believe runs the fast hitch up and down and the one on the left is attached to a leveling link so the attached implement can be lilted up or down on the left side. These hydraulic arms can also be attached to raise and lower mid mounted equipment, belly mowers, cultivators, grader blade, etc. There is probably also a hydraulic cylinder on the back which can be used as is to raise and lower the fast hitch I believe. It can also be removed from the tractor and placed on an implement to provide operating hydraulics on the trailed item. Since I don't have a Super C yet, I am getting this information from the manuals I have already purchased. Also, a wide front 200 is a little on the uncommon side (can't really say rare) but certainly most are narrow front tractors. The ones I've seen here in Missouri are priced about like Super C's w/fast hitches in the $1200 - $2600 dollar range. The one you described would be at the lower end like $1400 to $1600 from the ones I've seen. From what I have read and heard from other folks these are really nice handy and useable utility tractors around the farm or property. Hope this helps.
