Hi John, I know this guy; he stands back and throws a bucket of paint at 'em, runs 'em to the tire shop for a set of new tires and then sells the old gizmos for a premium price. The white wheels are wrong; I think IH stopped that little practice back with the 56 series, didn’t they? Also note the grab handles got the "red" treatment too; they should be black. Are these the panels you need? I just "walked thru the fire" finding these. However, I have a sneaking' suspicion that I'm doubled up with the shop that is redoing my tractor, as they were buying parts off of a part-out about 100 miles form here and may already have these things. I'll know on Tuesday and if these do end up being extras, you are sure welcome to 'em. By the way, they should be painted red too, not the white like in the picture.
