John, 1944 is correct for the N code. The Farmalls being made in that year were the A, B, H and M series tractors. Start with providing the location of the steering shaft - is it on the right side or in the center of the tractor? Are the front wheel close together or almost as wide as the rear ones? Can you you see a size on any of the tires? These are starters and we'll go from there. Hal
