I hang around some fora that work the way you propose. That way has its advantages, but for us, for the way we interact, this one is better.
That said, I myself would to change the one thing the hang of which I haven't been able get. When you expand a post to see it and all the replies why not have the replies scroll down the page in the order they were made AND NOT IN BLOODY REVERSE ORDER SO YOU CAN NEVER FIGURE OUT WHO SAID WHAT WHEN?????!!
Excuse me, please. I get carried away sometimes, or should be.
