I have a '49 H that I just can't bring myself to restore. The red is actually rust color(not rusty, just rust colored)and runs too sweet to tear into. I did an in frame on it about 10 years ago(head job, hone and rings). Plus it pulls the hm150 3disc I got last month like there's no tomorrow! I started the regular up for a buddy at work during lunch break today and it sounded so good I waas like a proud father showing off.
