Like Allen said if ya don't feel anything then your good to go . Most people never check the balancer and this is one thing on older tractor that should be checked oil leaks kill the elasticmier and over time old age gets them and they start to move sometimes they come apart some times they move and ya start getting a vibration that ya can't put a finger on sometime it gets bad enough that it will break the crank. Just because ya see a littel wobbel in it does not mean that it is bad it could be that the machineing was a bit off but it balanced out ok.
