Let"s do some math:

We know -

1) 1 US gallon = 3.78 liters
2) US/Canadian $ exchange rate is currently .83045 (it was this morning anyway when my daughter crossed the border...)

Then 3.78 litre/gal x $.80 Cdn /liter = $3.03 Cdn/ gallon.

And $3.03 Cdn x .83045 Cdn/US exchange = $2.52 US per gallon equivalent.

Therefore you"re paying about 25 cents a gallon more than we are here in Western NY right now.

You guys north of the border are indeed paying more, but not THAT much more...
