Here in southeast Mexico (Campeche state) we are paying about $2.16US a gallon (6.25 pesos per liter). Over in Quintana Roo state, it´s 5.80 pesos a liter or about $2.00US a gallon. Five years ago, gas here was way more than the USA, but not any longer it seems.
