I don"t reccomend doing it without a dyno, but it"s very easy. Look at the lever on the side of the pump that the fuel contol/shutoff cable is attached to. You"ll see a screw that limits how far forward that lever can move. The further forward the lever is, the more fuel you get. Turn the screw out and readjust the cable. I can"t tell you exactly how much to turn it, since I"ve never done it to a 706.
