I sold a hubcap. I had two so I contacted the back bidders and offered them that one at what they had bid. No response. I listed the second one, both of them bid on it, and one of them bought it. For more than my offer. Guess they were
being very cautious. So this "second chance" thing is just hurting ebay with no advantages that I can see.
