Dixieland The timing marks on the govenor gear don't make any difference just make sure you time the distributer number one plug wire to number one cylinder when on TDC the number one plug wire is the one at 1 o clock on the cap. You can pull the distributer drive out and turn it to line up at any point. Tis will work for all the old 4 cylinders with the drive on the right side.
